Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations through communication with vendors, email correspondence, record maintenance, scheduling, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook.
Responsibilities:
Respond to and manage email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders
Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Process incoming mail and distribute correspondence
Answer and direct telephone calls
Prepare, maintain, and update reports, records, and other business documentation
Assist with administrative processes related to operations, purchasing, personnel, and facilities
Support budget preparation and tracking activities as needed
Compile and maintain operational statistics, records, and reports
Coordinate special projects and administrative programs
Provide administrative support to leadership and employees at all organizational levels
Assist with training and onboarding activities when required
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
0 to 3 years of administrative, clerical, office support, or related experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including:
Word
Excel
PowerPoint
Outlook
Access
Project
Ability to create, edit, and format business documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional business writing and proofreading capabilities
