Yesterday Job Description Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking qualified candidates for consideration of employment for an Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent. This is a 12-month position.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior secretarial experience preferred. Demonstrated working knowledge of basic office procedures and proficiency in operating standard office equipment, machines, and computers. Proficient in utilizing common office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and email. Proven ability to read, analyze, and interpret relevant information. Effectively communicate verbally in both a small and large group setting. Possess strong written communication skills. Competent in basic mathematical and computational concepts. Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to follow directions effectively and exhibit a strong drive for success. Demonstrate respectful and collaborative work ethic with peers. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Proven ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and situations.
