Position Summary Karvo Companies, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is essential in keeping projects, communication, and documentation running smoothly across departments. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to office staff, project managers, and leadership
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and project documentation
Assist with data entry, job tracking, and internal reporting
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and calendars
Support payroll, billing, and basic accounting tasks as needed
Order office supplies and maintain office organization
Assist with onboarding paperwork and general HR support
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Organize volunteer opportunities for staff and send reminders about events
Assist Administration by identifying opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and time management
