Front Office Clerk/Receptionist Ohio Foot & Ankle Center Stow, OH Job Details Part-time | Full-time $14 - $17 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications In-person patient registration In-person patient scheduling Medical scheduling Medical administrative support Handling patient inquiries Full Job Description Responsibilities include greeting patients in a courteous manner, maintain the registration process and obtain accurate patient data including demographic and insurance information. Checking patients in and out and schedule patient appointments. Explains financial requirements to the patient or responsible parties, collects co-pays and outstanding balances as required. Answers phones in a timely manner and properly routes calls to the appropriate staff member.
