Install Coordinator Mint Resource Group Stow, OH Job Details Full-time $22,880 - $70,000 a year 2 days ago Qualifications Interpersonal skills Slack Research Attention to detail Workforce management Full Job Description Position Summary The Install Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative and operational activities related to installation jobs. This role serves as a key communication hub between customers, technicians, dispatch, purchasing, municipalities, utility companies, and internal departments to ensure install projects move efficiently from scheduling through completion. The Install Coordinator and Install Coordination Admin will work together as a team of two, rotating responsibilities and schedules as determined by the Inside Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Permits & Municipal Coordination Complete municipality registrations as required Obtain permits for installation jobs Coordinate and schedule inspections for install jobs Submit and manage OUPS requests Research and obtain equipment specifications required for permitting Utility & Compliance Coordination Handle DC/RC electric company calls and coordination Verify financing approval and Notice to Proceed (NTP) status with all lenders Apply customer deposits to install jobs Collect customer deposits of at least 50% for install projects before scheduling Customer Communication Maintain communication with customers regarding install job scheduling, status updates, and requirements Manage customer expectations throughout the install process Answer inbound phone calls professionally and efficiently Internal Communication & Coordination Communicate regularly with dispatch and managers regarding scheduling and workforce coordination Collaborate with Purchasing/Fulfillment regarding install materials and job readiness Coordinate install job materials visibility for technicians and internal teams Manage and monitor necessary Slack channels Manage and monitor tasks in Service Titan Scheduling & Board Management Manage install job boards and scheduling updates Review and manage daily all jobs currently on hold Update job notes detailing roadblocks and next steps Maintain and manage Next Available spreadsheets Make schedule adjustments based on technician availability and dispatching priorities Coordinate parts running management, and logistics Administrative & Financial Duties Process invoice adjustments including: Removing line items Creating new jobs Scheduling additional appointments Adjust technician timesheets as needed Manage and respond to the inbox Save documents and responses to the proper job history in Service Titan Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industries Experience with permitting and municipality processes Scheduling or dispatching experience Compensation StructureBase Compensation The Install Coordinator position is paid at an annualized base rate equivalent to current minimum wage, presently $22,880 annually based on a full-time schedule. Performance Incentive Compensation In addition to base compensation, the Install Coordinator is eligible for performance-based incentive pay of: $20.00 per completed install job To qualify as a completed job eligible for incentive compensation, the following conditions must be met: The installation job must be fully completed All required permits and inspections must be completed and closed out, if applicable The job must generate revenue greater than $500 Non-Qualifying Jobs The following job types are excluded from incentive compensation: Canceled jobs Recall jobs Warranty jobs Revenue jobs totaling less than $500 Jobs not fully completed or pending required inspections/permits Estimated Merit/Incentive Earnings Based on prior year install volume and performance metrics, Install Coordinators have the ability to earn approximately $70,000 annually in merit/incentive compensation . Actual incentive earnings may vary based on install volume, completed qualifying jobs, operational performance, and company workload.
