This job requires a warm and outgoing personality to greet clients and prospective clients who enter the office, as well as administrative skills to handle the appointment calendar, accept incoming calls and make outgoing calls. Additionally, must execute email and mail correspondence, input digital data for client accounts, and monitor client files for compliance with various financial industry regulations. Schedule appointments and field phone calls. Accurate completion and scrubbing of financial applications and industry-related paperwork. Assist with client support and client database management. Handle financial operational problems, such as issues with statements and transactions. General office upkeep.
