We take pride in delivering exceptional quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are seeking a residential administrator to work alongside the production manager. This role would assist in procurement, take-offs, and permits for remodeling projects, including roofing, siding, and windows. This role ensures jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the company's quality standards. Job Duties. Review submitted jobs to ensure they include proper materials and meet the required profit margin. Schedule and coordinate jobs. Apply for permits if needed. Verify and submit material lists. Clearly understand the scope and ensure the packet submitted is proper from sales. Communicate with clients about project schedules and any changes. Coordinate material procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery. Manage materials, including ordering, delivery, and returns.

Qualifications Experience:

1+ years of hands-on experience in exterior construction (e.g., roofing, windows, and siding). Previous experience in estimation or take-offs.

Skills:

Math, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and understand blueprints and local building codes. Proficiency in project management software. Hover, CompanyCam, AccuLynx. Google Docs and Microsoft systems.

Base Pay:

From $48,000.00 per year
