Flexible schedules available Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Data Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and data management activities. The ideal candidate will assist with data entry, document organization, record maintenance, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. This position is well suited for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable working with computers, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Depending on business needs and candidate qualifications, this position may be available onsite or offsite . Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems. Review data and documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Organize and maintain electronic and paper records. Prepare, update, and format documents, spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative materials. Assist with filing, data organization, document processing, and record management. Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and routine administrative requests. Retrieve and compile information for internal reports and business needs. Identify missing or inconsistent information and assist with corrections. Communicate with team members to obtain or verify information. Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and business information. Follow established administrative procedures and data-management guidelines. Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines. Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic to intermediate computer skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and web-based systems. Ability to type accurately and efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Previous administrative, data entry, clerical, office, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
