Role:
The Assistant, Office plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities within the organization. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments, facilitating communication, and managing office resources effectively. The Assistant will coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and assist in organizing meetings and events to support team productivity. By maintaining accurate records and managing office supplies, the Assistant helps create an organized and professional work environment. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success of the office by enabling staff to focus on their core responsibilities without administrative interruptions.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.

Experience with office management software and tools such as Google Workspace or project management platforms.

Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role.

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial record-keeping.

Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation both physically and digitally.
