Now Hiring! Must be able to start immediately. Experience working at a BMV License Agency is a plus. You must complete an
FBI & BCI
background check. This is NOT a State position and does not include any benefits. We are privately contracted. We are open M-F(8-5) & Saturday (8-12) . The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and possess excellent organizational skills. Must be dependable, reliable, and professional.
Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service. Waiting on customers, issuing plates, registrations, ID's, & Licenses.
  • Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Provide support in an office setting.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Perform Out of State Inspections.
Skills:
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer support or related roles.
  • Familiarity with office procedures is a plus.
  • Proficiency in general office tasks and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to be understanding and patient with frustrating situations at times.
