We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and highly organized HR / Benefits Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate employee benefits packages. Assist with reporting needs as requested. Maintain the employee handbook, recommending updates, additions, and deletions of policies. Manage payroll functions. Perform administrative duties, including clerical tasks such as filing and scanning documents. Prepare offer letters.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a related field (minimum requirement). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with SAGE 50 or other accounting software is a plus.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
