Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy office environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, exceptional customer service, and efficient office management. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to support our team and maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere. As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations, handling a variety of administrative tasks with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing office supplies inventory. Utilize computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking. Coordinate with various departments to streamline office management processes and improve overall efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and data entry tasks. Prior experience in clerical work or customer service roles demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism. Strong communication skills including phone etiquette. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently. Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
