Office Assistant Boosted Outdoor is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of our business, including sales support, customer service, financing, scheduling, and administrative operations. We provide full training and are looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Tuesday•
Friday:
9:00 AM•5:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM•3:00 PM Full-time Responsibilities Assist customers throughout the sales process Help coordinate and process financing paperwork Prepare and maintain customer and sales records Process warranty claims and coordinate parts requests with manufacturers Schedule golf cart deliveries and service appointments Manage inventory records and updates Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation Answer customer phone calls, text messages, and inquiries Collect and organize employee receipts for accounting purposes Support daily office operations and administrative tasks Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable learning new systems and processes Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets is preferred Previous customer service experience is a plus Benefits One week of paid vacation Comprehensive on-the-job training provided Opportunity to grow with a developing company
