In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records, managing student registrations, and providing exceptional support to students, parents, and staff. Your organizational skills and commitment to fostering a positive school environment will contribute to the success of our students and the overall operation of the school. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records for all students, ensuring compliance with district and state regulations. Process student registrations, withdrawals, and transfers in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding attendance issues, absences, and registration requirements including parking lot assignments. Assist in the preparation of attendance reports for school administration and district offices. Collaborate with teachers and staff to monitor student attendance and address any concerns. Manage and update student information in the school's filing system and ensure confidentiality of records. Provide support for school events, including orientation and registration days. Assist in the development and implementation of attendance policies and procedures. Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and staff regarding attendance and registration processes. Assist with the food pantry Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administrative support or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a school setting or administrative role is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service. Proficient in the use of computer software and school management systems. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations. Knowledge of state and district attendance policies and regulations is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual a plus but not required Benefits Full Benefits included
