Job Description

We're hiring a Front Desk / HR Admin for a temp-to-hire position (approx. 90 days) in a manufacturing environment. This role is 100% onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with pay ranging from $18-$22/hour DOE. What you'll be doing:

Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers in a professional mannerAnswer and route incoming calls; take messages as neededProvide administrative support to office staff, shop personnel, and managementAssist with HR-related administrative tasks and internal coordinationData entry, document preparation, and general office supportCoordinate incoming/outgoing mail and deliveriesMonitor and restock office and breakroom suppliesMaintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy)Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional
