What You'll Do:

As a CARE PROFESSIONAL, you will provide meaningful support and companionship while helping seniors navigate everyday life with comfort and confidence.

Responsibilities may include:

Companionship and engaging conversation Light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication and appointment reminders Assistance with grooming and bathing Assistance with toileting and continence care Alzheimer's and Dementia support Encouragement, emotional support, and compassionate presence. Experience Preferred — But Heart Matters Most. Experience as a CNA, Assisted Living Caregiver, Hospice Aide or in Home Health is welcomed, but NOT required. At Home Instead, we provide hands-on, instructor-led training designed to help every

feel confident, prepared and supported before entering a client's home. You will receive in-house certification in personal care tasks and ongoing education opportunities to help you grow both personally and professionally.

We are looking for individuals who are: Compassionate and respectful toward seniors Reliable, trustworthy and intentional in their work Friendly and able to communicate warmly with clients and families Passionate about serving others and making a difference Willing to complete background checks and screening requirements Possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
