POSITION SUMMARY:
Will be the interface between Comanche Nation Prevention & Recovery and its clients, prospective clients, tribal members, community and colleagues within the Comanche Nation's departments and entities. Will also provide general office support to include, but not limited to managing telecommunications, correspondences, queries, supply orders and other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers by providing professional, courteous, and responsive customer service at all times. Perform intake services for new and returning clients, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; take and relay messages; and maintain accurate call and visitor logs. Provide general information regarding department and Comanche Nation services and assist clients with questions or referrals as needed. Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including filing, typing, copying, faxing, scanning, and maintaining organized records. Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with Comanche Nation policies and applicable funding and regulatory requirements, including IHS Substance Abuse contract guidelines. Process billing invoices and payments for office expenses and maintain accurate financial documentation as required. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence in a timely and organized manner. Maintain inventory of office supplies; order supplies as needed to ensure continuous office operations. Prepare and distribute program materials, including schedules, sign-in sheets, flyers, and other documents. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and classes as directed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Ensure office equipment is functional and arrange for maintenance or repairs when necessary. Assist with data collection and data entry for program reporting to funding agencies and the Comanche Business Committee. Conduct urine analysis screenings for prospective tribal employees and current staff when required. Provide administrative support to the Program Director and Substance Abuse Program as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Will report to Residential Director. No supervisory authority.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
: Employee must be able to climb, crouch, pull, push, reach, stand engage in repetitive motions, grasp, walk, feel, touch, speak, hear and see. Employee must be able to move and lift computing equipment.
Work Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday, 8 am
  • 5pm. Some weekends.
  • Subject to change as CNP&R/Reintegration operates as a 24/7 Department.

Occasionally

Preferred, but not required, to obtain First Aid/CPR training Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver's license and be insurable under the Nation's policy. Must be willing to submit and pass a drug test, Must be willing to submit a background check. Preference given to
Comanche Tribal Members Education:
Associate's in social science, Business or related field. Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of work experience in substance abuse, criminal justice, or closely related field.
