What You'll Do:

Proactively manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on outstanding claims Communicate effectively with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues Utilize your knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding to ensure accurate claim submission, posting, and adjustments Partner with clinical and administrative teams to identify and correct coding or billing errors Maintain compliance with industry regulations, payer guidelines, and organizational policies Document follow-up efforts and outcomes clearly within billing systems

What We're Looking For:
