Growth opportunities Relaxed atmosphere Flexible working hours On-the-job training Part-Time Office Assistant Atlas Investments, LLC Atlas Investments, LLC is seeking a dependable, friendly, and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. We are a local real estate investment and property management company looking for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep our office running smoothly. Schedule Part-time, 20-30 hours per week Flexible weekday schedule Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Accept rent and other tenant payments Assist tenants with questions and basic customer service Show available apartments to prospective tenants Run occasional business-related errands Support the property manager with day-to-day administrative tasks Qualifications Friendly and professional communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable interacting with tenants and prospective residents Basic computer skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Experience in an office or property management setting is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
