Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office and Service Coordinator to join our team! Duties Manage schedule coordination for staff, meetings, and service appointments to optimize workflow and efficiency Oversee vendor management, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and maintaining professional relationships Handle bookkeeping and accounting tasks using accounting software such as QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping Manage confidential information with discretion while ensuring compliance with organizational policies Oversee office supplies inventory, filing systems, multi-line phone systems, and calendar management to keep operations running smoothly Facilitate communication with clients and vendors through professional phone etiquette and timely correspondence Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on customer service and clerical duties Strong supervisory experience leading teams or managing staff members effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with spreadsheets and other productivity tools Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar financial software; experience in bookkeeping or basic accounting preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills—both verbal and written—to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and team members Experience in event planning, vendor management, or human resources is highly desirable Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times Technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phones and office management systems Join us as an Office and Service Coordinator to bring energy, organization, and excellence to our workplace! Pay:
