Job Description

Job Summary Recognized as the largest independent real estate brokerage in Oklahoma, Chinowth & Cohen Realtors is seeking a positive, enthusiastic, customer-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be customer service focused, detail-oriented, and have previous office experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Perform audits of listing and sales documents Maintain filing system Exhibit professional conduct through email correspondence, phone, and in person Maintain positive working relationships with agents, staff, and managing broker Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Exceptional customer service skills Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing skills Able to handle interruptions in day-to-day tasks without losing efficiency Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to type 30+ words per minute. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- specifically
Outlook, Word and Excel, and Adobe Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of administrative assistant or related experience required Previous experience in real estate office preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to life up to 25 pounds Chinowth & Cohen Realtors is an equal opportunity employer.
