We are seeking a detailed Administrative Assistant to serve as the frontline for customer service and client support. This role manages daily office operations through document handling, administrative coordination, and high-quality customer service. Ideal candidates excel in organization, accuracy, and working in a structured environment. Qualifications - You must meet all qualifications and be able to perform all of the duties Strong communication verbal and written, grammar and punctuation, spelling MS Suite, Word Excel, Outlook must have intermediate skills Follow oral and written instructions Operation of office equipment Excellent interpersonal skills, working with team Knowledge or preparing charts and graphs Basic bookkeeping, mathematics Inventory Techniques Telephone procedures Filing and preparing documents Responsibilities and Duties Client and patient registrations Answering phones, processing WIC benefits Insurance verification and assisting patients with new or renewal applications Initiates and handles correspondence relating to a special field or program regarding agency or program rules, policies, procedures, or requirements. Performs a variety of sorting and filing tasks; answers the phone, takes messages, and disseminates information; opens, sorts, distributes, collects, and delivers mail; performs several tasks such as posting and recording data. Enters and retrieves information using personal computer or other data processing equipment and receives and reviews coded and uncoded source documents; proofs previously entered data and makes routine corrections. Examines, checks, and verifies reports and other documents for completeness, appropriateness, adequacy, and conformity to established requirements, and follows up on discrepancies.
