Patient Engagement Specialist (Front Office)

What You'll Be Doing Greet and welcome patients with a positive, professional presence Manage incoming calls, texts, and patient communication Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately Verify patient information and maintain organized records Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow Handle check-in/check-out processes and financial conversations Help create an overall exceptional patient experience What We're Looking ForMust-Haves (Non-Negotiable) Reliable transportation Strong communication and people skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stay organized and multitask Dependable and consistent work ethic Comfortable using computers and learning software High level of trustworthiness and integrity Experience (Preferred but Not Required) Dental or medical office experience Front desk or customer service background Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental is a plus) Why Valley Family Dental Supportive, team-oriented environment Clear systems and structure to help you succeed Opportunity to grow within the practice Work in a modern, patient-focused dental office
