Full-Time Position Overview The Academy of Blanchard is seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly Site Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our campus. This position will serve as an important point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors while helping ensure the site runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist students, families, staff, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct questions to the appropriate staff members Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation Assist with student attendance, enrollment records, and other campus-related paperwork Support school administrators and staff with daily administrative tasks Communicate with families regarding routine school information and needs Schedule meetings, appointments, and other campus activities as needed Assist with purchasing, supply management, and general office organization Help coordinate campus events and activities Maintain confidentiality of student, family, and staff information Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful operation of the campus Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or administrative experience preferred Previous administrative, office, school, or customer-service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy school environment Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and basic computer systems Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work effectively with students, families, and staff Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, dependable, approachable, and proactive , with a genuine desire to support students and families.
