SALARY RANGE
$22.00-$28.00 ALL
FULL TIME POSITIONS
In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.
JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to provide clerical and administrative support to the Finance/ Procurement Administrator as well as greeting visitors to our facility. CPN Health Services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including but not limited to Indian Children and will require a criminal history background screening.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs clerical duties, including copying, printing, filing and data entry, in support of finance and procurement. Effectively communicates within Health Services and throughout Citizen Potawatomi Nation. Answers multi-line telephones. Directs calls to the appropriate person or department. Take messages. Keeps a log of all incoming/ outgoing mail. Assist Finance/Procurement Administrator through arrangements of meetings, recording and preparation of minutes of meetings. Logs CPN vehicles and issues gas vouchers including Kansas. Access to Finance/ Procurement software.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work well with others, including professional staff. Good organization and analytical skills. The ability to meet the public in a professional & friendly manner. Working knowledge of computers. The ability to use word processing and spreadsheets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION A
high school or general education diploma (GED). Five (5) years or more experience in an office environment. One (1) year working closely with management.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. The ability to do repetitive work at the computer is required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Stretching, bending, stooping, kneeling and some lifting may be required.
