Kappa Kappa Psi & Tau Beta Sigma National Headquarters is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team during a temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or recent graduate who is looking to build professional experience in nonprofit administration, membership services, office operations, and customer service. What You'll Do Process membership records, reports, and registrations with accuracy. Enter financial transactions and assist with Accounts Receivable recordkeeping. Prepare membership certificates, cards, and other materials. Package and ship outgoing UPS and USPS mail. Assist members, chapter officers, and volunteers with membership-related questions. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming phone calls. Provide general administrative support to the National Headquarters team. What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Friendly, professional communication skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required. Why Join Us?
