Job Description

Position Summary Administrative Assistant II This position is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to company director level positions. Responsibilities This job may participate in one or more of the following duties as directed by supervision or management. Performs clerical and secretarial duties in support of a director level employee and staff including the handling of sensitive details and assignments Coordinates the director's schedule, expenses, meetings, travel, etc. Schedules appointments as needed Monitors all incoming calls, messages and mail, handling as many responses as possible independently with a prescribed degree of discretion Organizes, prioritizes and summarizes data, materials and information. Prepares reports and summaries and organizes data for the director's review Anticipates, prepares/revises and sends correspondence on behalf of the director Creates, maintains, updates and reconciles spreadsheets and various reports to support the director's decision making process Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.
Preferred Qualifications Education :
High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or two year certificate in an administrative related field preferred
Years of Related Experience:
Typically has 3 - 5 years of related experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
PC skills including expertise with MS Office and Outlook. Basic understanding and knowledge of business unit structure, policies, products, etc. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a moderate degree of sensitivity for confidentiality. Ability to gather, organize and analyze data. Solid sense of priority, logic and objectivity.
Pay Range:
$18.90 ~ $33.00 •Actual compensation will vary depending on candidate experience and skill set.
