Qualifications:
Must be a quick learner, organized, efficient and stays busy. Needs to be okay with doing some cleaning and running errands. High School diploma or higher. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry, expertise in Adobe, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Valid Driver's License Responsibilities:
Support all owner relations by answering questions and requests via phone, mail, and email Process, review, and assign appropriate allocation of costs for incoming vendor invoices Oversee accounts receivable, including tracking payments and aging Record general ledger entries for various monthly transactions Oversee owner and vendor file maintenance including contact information, payment terms, and insurance requirements Handle ownership changes through acquisitions and divestitures in a timely manner Maintain physical and electronic well records Various other tasks delegated by supervisors Qualifications Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to interact at all levels of the organization Proficient with
Microsoft Applications:
Excel, Word, and Outlook Handle confidential information with discretion Ability to research information, with good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Summary As an Administrative Assistant, you will be providing executive administrative support and ensuring smooth operations.
