Job Description

Administrative Assistant needed full time for a multi-physician family practice clinic in Yukon This position will be help run the medical office, and assist the team with daily clerical tasks and office coordination. Responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing, scheduling meetings and appointments, ordering office supplies and other general clerical duties as assigned. The position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills required. Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays.
Requirements:
Experience in a Administrative Assistant position preferred. Must be self-motivated and detail oriented. Experience working in a family practice clinic a plus. High School graduate and some college required.
