Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Receive incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Welcome and host guests, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor, while ensuring a clean, secure, and presentable workplace. Assist in managing administrative supplies and equipment, including purchasing, restocking, maintenance, and storage. Coordinate company activities such as team-building events and social gatherings. Provide support for property maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant workplace, and communicate effectively with internal and external parties regarding maintenance work. Coordinate with the safety committee to maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors. Assist with onboarding processes for temporary staff and new employees.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus. Proven experience in administrative or similar roles preferred. Proficient in office software, including Google Drive and standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional and friendly attitude; ability to work with individuals from diverse language backgrounds. English and Chinese preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Adheres to policies and procedures; adaptable to change. Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM
