Clerical/Data Entry Responsibilities Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel. Manage data collection processes Maintain and update records through filing systems, both electronic and physical. Handle order entry tasks efficiently while verifying details for accuracy. Transcribe documents and correspondence with attention to detail and clarity. Support office operations by organizing files, managing confidential information securely, and assisting with administrative duties. Utilize technical proficiency in database systems to retrieve or update information as required. Provide excellent customer service by responding professionally to inquiries related to data or administrative processes. AP/AR Answering phones Clerical/Data Entry Qualifications Proven clerical or office experience with a focus on data entry tasks. Strong computer skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math skills for verifying numerical data during entry processes. Familiarity with office procedures such as filing, document processing, and order entry. Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30
