Our Eugene businesses include the 5th Street Public Market, the Inn at the 5th, the Gordon Hotel, the Gordon Lofts, and District Coworking. The District Coworking and Flex Office is looking to add a highly-organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the Administrative Assistant position. The primary objective of the Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our coworking space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, professional environment and has experience in administration, customer service, or hospitality. In addition to front desk and operational support, this role includes outreach to prospective members and follow-up with existing leads to support sales efforts.

The Administrative Assistant is a Non-Exempt, Part-Time position (20 hours per week). Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Administrative Assistant may be asked to occasionally work evenings or weekends to assist with Company events.
REPORTING MANAGER
Administrative Assistant reports to The District Business Manager .
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
Greet members and guests Manage front desk operations Answer calls, emails, and general inquiries Book meeting rooms, send invoices, and manage systems Conduct tours for prospective members Reach out to new leads and follow up with existing inquiries Track and maintain lead communication Provide basic tech support (Wi-Fi, printers, etc.) Keep shared spaces clean, stocked, and welcomin Qualifications High school diploma required; some college preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable with basic tech tools (email, Slack, booking systems) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Flexible availability within business hours Interest in admin, hospitality, or office management Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, laminators and document binders. Physical Requirements Ability to sit/stand for extended periods Lift up to 25 lbs. Move throughout shared office spaces. Travel No travel is expected for this position other than occasional in-town errands.
