Job Description
Sara Walker with Robert Half is searching for an experienced Community Manager to support a residential community in Gresham, Oregon. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a resident-focused approach to daily operations. The position supports office coordination, communication, record accuracy, and property-related administrative functions while helping create a well-managed and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front office activities, greet residents and visitors, and handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records by entering, updating, and organizing administrative, resident, and property documentation.
- Support day-to-day property operations by coordinating schedules, tracking requests, and assisting with office workflow.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and general documentation to support operational and financial activities.
- Assist with occupancy-related administration, including file maintenance, application tracking, and status follow-up.
- Work closely with onsite team members to help address resident questions, service needs, and community communications.
- Help monitor compliance-related paperwork and ensure required documents are complete, current, and properly filed.
- Contribute to an organized office environment by managing supplies, handling routine clerical tasks, and prioritizing multiple assignments effectively.
