HR/TMX ManagerGENERAL EXPECTATIONS
This position serves as a primary coordinator of all office and administration functions supporting several departments and is the point of contact for visitors, appointments, deliveries, and in-bound phone calls. This position performs multiple administrative duties that strongly contribute to the efficiency of the organization.DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
General Utilize professional etiquette to answer multiple phone lines, route calls, take messages, and manage the initial communications. Greet visitors and coordinate guests and scheduled appointments, including following safety protocols. Answer the back gate, monitor security video and activate gate when appropriate Filing, making copies, printing / collating, and any other pertinent administrative responsibilities as assigned. Receive packages and retrieve, open & sort mail Manage office supply inventory Coordinate office equipment maintenance Participate in Quarterly Inventory Financial Functions Electronically deposit checks Back-up for P-card processes Back-up for Check processes Team Member Experience (TMX) Support Assist potential candidates with on-line application process B-day/Anni. Cards High 5 submissions United Fund Solicitations Plant Meeting PowerPoint Slides Provide HR support, as needed Provides Wellness program support, as neededCORE COMPETENCIES AND JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent customer service skills and able to handle challenging situations in a professional and courteous manner. Proficiency with MS Office Suite programs High school diploma or GED Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plusKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
