Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The RHC Office Assistant is an hourly part-time position that reports directly to the Office Manager and has primary responsibility to provide direct support to all office operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
: HS Diploma or GED; basic computer and office software skills. Ability to arrive to work on time and remain effective in performing job duties throughout the workday without excessive absenteeism. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills-written and oral. Maturity and ability to carry out directions, work effectively with staff, clients, caregivers, and business partners and perform at a level to meet or exceed the various objectives of this position. Prior office support experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understands and adheres to established Regency Home Care policies and procedures. 2. Creates, maintains, and audits client and staff records in the agency filing and online management system (eRSP), including but not limited to: a. Client and Caregiver hard copy files including maintaining and auditing of File Master Check-off Lists; file Client Care Notes and other paperwork generated from operations. b. Data enter the Client Plan of Care in eRSP and set up the schedule of supervisory visits; data enter completed supervisory visits to client records and monitor and track execution of care plan changes or other related findings and recommendations. c. Data enter the Caregiver skills and availability in eRSP, setup scheduled performance reviews d. Image and upload supporting documentation to Client and Caregiver records; record and enter due dates for timely updating of materials that expire (e.g., credit cards, proof of car insurance, license renewals, etc.) 3. Prepare client assessment packets and caregiver orientation/training materials. 4. Performs and supports other general office duties as assigned.

Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
