$40.00 per hour About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Program Coordinator to join our Residential Treatment Home (RTH) in Milwaukie, Oregon. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care for residents, completing required administrative documentation, maintaining compliance with Oregon regulations, and providing leadership and support to direct care staff. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or mental health services who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Residential Treatment Home. Supervise, train, and support direct care staff. Complete and maintain all required resident, staff, and program paperwork and documentation, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely completion. Prepare, update, and maintain resident records, service plans, incident reports, progress notes, and other required documentation in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) and licensing requirements. Complete administrative documentation related to admissions, discharges, staff records, and daily program operations. Organize and maintain program files and documentation to ensure readiness for audits, licensing reviews, and state inspections. Ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), licensing requirements, and agency policies. Schedule staff and assist with staffing needs as necessary. Coordinate appointments and communicate with medical providers, case managers, guardians, and community partners. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns professionally. Promote a positive, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment. Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous program improvement. Qualifications Experience working in residential treatment, behavioral health, mental health, or a related field. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Oregon licensing standards and Residential Treatment Home regulations is preferred. Proficiency with documentation, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and make sound decisions. Valid Oregon driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to successfully pass required background checks.
