Job Description
About the Position This is a part-time 4 hour a day position with the option to work 5 hours a day when required.
Salary range:

Job Summary The Administrative Coordinator contributes to effective and welcoming communications with members, volunteers and the public, handling member inquiries, making appropriate referrals, and connections.
The Administrative Coordinator also facilitates a variety of administrative tasks to ensure leaders and members receive up-to-date and needed information and records, calendars, documents, policies, and schedules. Contribute to committees and initiatives by attending meetings, sharing ideas, and accepting/completing assigned tasks. Serve as back-up to various roles as may be needed from time-to-time. Other duties as assigned.
Note:
Eastside Village uses a proprietary software called Helpful Village to track activities and communicate with members. The new Administrative Coordinator will receive training in its use but should be skilled in mastering new technology.
