Job Overview SteelFab West is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, providing exceptional support across various administrative functions. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth office management, efficient communication, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a new team member that expects excellence out of themselves and strives to reach their full potential and a great team player. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously Help maintain Excel Spreadsheets, scan, copy and file documents Coordinate calendar management, scheduling interviews, meetings, and reminders efficiently Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and assisting with general office needs, ordering office supplies Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Help Human Resources plan company events The ability to be crossed trained in other roles for back-up purposes
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
