Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Coordinate calendar management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls efficiently Perform data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software to maintain accurate records Prepare, proofread, and word-process documents, reports, and correspondence with precision Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking Support office management activities by organizing supplies, maintaining filing systems, and overseeing general administrative functions Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and supporting client communication efforts Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Technical proficiency with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and printers/scanners Excellent computer literacy, including typing speed and accuracy, proofreading skills, and familiarity with productivity software Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs effectively Strong phone etiquette, customer service orientation, and professional communication skills Prior experience with office management tasks such as calendar management, personal assistant duties, or front desk responsibilities is preferred Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and time management Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents shine! Pay:
$25.21 - $30.36 per hour
