• Position Summary
• Compiles and keeps records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, and performs a variety of other administrative duties, utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures.
• Responsibilities
• + Accurate data entry + Answer phones and direct to the appropriate party + Purchasing for the Distribution Center + Pay bills for the facility + Maintain required files for the leadership team + Month end accruals + Completing and submitting Purchasing and Travel card receipts and reports for the management team + Contractor verification in ISNetworld + Intelex Research and Entry + Create and maintain BTV for the DC + Coordinates employee relations activities with the Human Resources Manager + H.

R. Orientation + Maintains badging system and creates badges for teammates. Maintains CTPAT compliance + Greet and check in visitors + Maintains training records for safety department + Other duties as assigned Bridgestone offers an excellent benefit package including medical, dental and vision benefits on day one. • Minimum Qualifications
• Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree
