This vital role serves as a central point of contact for parishes, vendors, and staff while helping manage administrative processes that support diocesan properties and ministries.
What You'll Be Doing:
Keep Operations Running Smoothly:
Provide administrative support, manage correspondence, maintain records, and prepare reports and documents.
Coordinate Essential Processes:
Process invoices, track financial records, and work with the Finance Office to ensure timely payments. Support the

Review timecards, maintain departmental calendars, and coordinate meetings, site visits, and project schedules.
Manage Property-Related Tasks:
Monitor utility accounts and billing, assist with insurance claims, and communicate with parishes, vendors, and service providers. Be a

Respond to inquiries and help ensure the day-to-day efficiency of the department.
What We're Looking For:
Administrative Experience:
High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of office experience. Experience in nonprofit, religious, construction, or facilities environments is a plus.
Strong Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, databases, and standard office technology.
Excellent Organization:
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
