Part-Time (W-2) Flexible Schedule. Independent Work. Growth Opportunity. Clover Field Services LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing businesses in inspection, fabrication, and training services. This position begins as approximately one day per week (about six hours per week) with a strong possibility of increasing to multiple days per week as the company continues to grow. We anticipate the position expanding to approximately three days per week within the next year. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in staying organized, and appreciates a flexible work environment built on trust, accountability, and mutual respect. We believe in hiring capable people, providing the tools and training they need to succeed, and allowing them the freedom to manage their responsibilities without constant supervision. Compensation & Benefits
  • Base pay of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability.
  • Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel.

Employees must submit their preferred work schedule no later than Wednesday at the end of the business day for the following work week. Occasional weekend work may be available; however, weekend hours are compensated at the employee's regular hourly rate unless total hours worked exceed 40 hours in a work week. Overtime or Weekend hours may be offered, but are not required for this role. Responsibilities

  • Accounts receivable follow-up
  • Scheduling appointments

  • Customer service phone calls
  • Spreadsheet creation and maintenance
  • Social media support
  • Training record management
  • Quality management system document control
  • General office organization and administrative support Approximately 50% of the work will involve computer-based administrative tasks, and the remaining 50% will involve physical filing, organization, and document management. Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new software and processes
  • Valid driver's license
  • Professional references required Experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
