Administrative Assistant to Founder We are hiring a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to a Founder in a growing, entrepreneurial organization. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, anticipates needs, and takes pride in being a trusted right hand. If you thrive in a fast‑moving environment, enjoy variety in your day, and want exposure to how a growing business operates behind the scenes, this role offers meaningful responsibility and long‑term growth potential. What You'll Do Manage calendars, meetings, and day‑to‑day scheduling Organize priorities, task lists, deadlines, and follow‑ups Draft, organize, and manage email and written communications Prepare basic documents, reports, and administrative materials Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as needed Maintain organized digital files and administrative systems Support light expense tracking, vendor communication, and simple projects What We're Looking For 3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or similar experience Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills Clear, professional written and verbal communication High level of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling tools #JDP
