HR Position Summary:
The Appraisal Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Appraisal Department. The department oversees all ordered and completed appraisals for Direct to Consumer, Retail, and TPO channels and ensures all compliance aspects have been met. The Appraisal Coordinator works together with several departments as necessary, including Underwriting, Processing, and Production. The Appraisal Coordinator is one of the few people within the company with the authority to contact an appraiser directly.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize a region of appraisal orders. Maintain workflow efficiency through client LOS. Create/maintain reports to track appraisal assignments from order date through final completion. Aid clients in tasks associated with the appraisal ordering and management of conditions. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications Required :
High-school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of related experience preferred Experience in the mortgage industry a plus. Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills Team player with strong communication skills Basic computer skills Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
