Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails and other correspondence. Greet visitors and provide general front office support. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars and coordinate appointments. Prepare, file and organize documents, records and reports. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Assist with data entry, scanning, copying and other administrative duties.
