We are a growing equipment service company dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. We specialize in the maintenance, repair, and installation of automotive shop equipment. We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. Position Summary The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling service technicians, coordinating customer service requests, managing work orders, and ensuring timely communication between customers, technicians, and management. This role is critical to maintaining efficient service operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch service technicians for preventive maintenance, emergency service calls, and installations. Communicate with customers regarding service requests, appointment scheduling, and job status updates. Create, manage, and close work orders accurately. Coordinate technician schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity. Order and track parts needed for service calls. Maintain accurate customer and service records within the company software. Prepare service quotes and assist with invoicing as needed. Monitor open service tickets and ensure timely completion. Work closely with the service manager and technicians to resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, or office administration. Experience in an equipment service, HVAC, construction, industrial, or mechanical service environment is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with
