Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM - 12:15
PM Pay:
$21-$23 per hour Position Overview Seeking a dependable and professional Office & Facilities Coordinator to support daily office operations in a busy professional environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the workplace remains efficient, stocked, and welcoming. Responsibilities Greet visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while providing a professional and welcoming experience. Receive, organize, and distribute packages, mail, and office deliveries. Maintain kitchens, conference rooms, common areas, and supply/storage spaces, ensuring they remain clean, organized, and fully stocked. Assist with conference room setup, employee events, office lunches, and new hire workspace preparation. Perform basic administrative duties, including recordkeeping, invoice processing, and project support as assigned. Complete facility readiness checks, coordinate with vendors, identify maintenance needs, and support overall workplace operations. Qualifications Previous experience in a professional office, administrative, facilities, or office support role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Proficient with email, computers, Google Workspace, and standard office technology.
