Who We Are We are a family-owned financial planning and wealth management firm based in Conyngham, PA. Our focus is the needs of local families, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses. We are fiduciaries who aim to assist our clients with reaching their financial goals with personalized plans tailored to their specific needs. About the Role We're looking for a client service associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for clients on service and account-related matters, and a critical partner to our financial advisors in keeping client accounts, transactions, and documentation running smoothly and accurately. What You'll Do Handle client service requests, including address changes, beneficiary updates, updating phone numbers, and other general account maintenance. Process money movement requests, including wires, ACH transfers, and check requests. Prepare and process account opening paperwork Accurately enter and maintain client data in our CRM File, scan, and organize client documents Prepare materials for meetings between advisors and clients Track and follow up on outstanding client items to ensure timely completion Assist clients with digital envelopes, Docusign, and Client Online Portal password resets. Accurately enter and maintain client data in our CRM Serve as a resource for clients and advisors on service-related questions escalating as appropriate. What We're Looking For 2+ Years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or related client service roles, in a banking or credit union environment Familiarity with money movement processes and account paperwork Comfortable with using CRM systems and digital tools such as Docusign Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through Professional, client-facing communication skills
