Job Description
- Provide general administrative support for church staff, committees, and members.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and welcome visitors.
- Maintain church records
- Prepare bulletins, reports, and mailings as needed.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including deposits, bill payments, account reconciliation support, and financial recordkeeping. Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with office administration, bookkeeping, accounting, or financial recordkeeping preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quick Books desired.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Accuracy, reliability, and initiative are essential.
- Familiarity with church or nonprofit operations is helpful but not required.
