If you answered YES, then consider joining our team as Administrative Support at our Devereux CARES School located in Downingtown, PA. Everyday as Administrative Support you will: Provide a variety of administrative support functions for the daily operation of the Devereux CARES school. Answer phones, respond to inquiries and forwards messages to the appropriate individuals in a timely fashion. Receive, print, and distribute written communications to the appropriate individuals in a timely fashion. Schedule meetings and serves as the liaison for all involved parties to include team meetings and progress reviews. Maintain office supplies; order, receive and distribute program purchases. Maintain compliance with all training/learning requirements and takes initiative in seeking opportunities for professional growth.

Opportunity to work directly with children diagnosed with Autism 1:1 within a structured classroom environment with Special Education Teachers, Behavior Analyst and Autism professionals. You will increase your knowledge and improve your skills related to behavior intervention, functional assessment and collaboration with a team that is inclusive and individualized.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred AA Degree in related field.

EXPERIENCE

: 2 years experience working in a clerical/secretarial position in front office preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of word processing software applications and office practices.
